The production process

The production of softgels at Mondial Pack is done through a controlled and extremely precise process, especially suited to oily raw materials and liquid formulations. It starts with the preparation of the filler, which is carefully tested for thickness, stability and even composition to ensure optimal processability during encapsulation.
The softgels are then formed, filled and sealed using advanced encapsulation technology, under strictly controlled temperature and humidity conditions.

After filling, the softgels go through a drying process that achieves the right firmness and moisture balance.
Each batch is checked for weight, uniformity, leak-tightness and appearance.
Throughout the process, data are recorded for full traceability and quality control.

Depending on customer requirements, the softgels can be supplied as bulk products, in jars or in blisters, including packaging if required.
